The hierachy was in the right order on the modfier stack but particles just fell through when the collision object (the displaced plane) started moving. It would be nice to have a tutorial explaining things like this. Things like floating foam and splashes and the limitation of particles on this subject. I'd also like to see a tutorial which shows how a particle waterfall could be achieved. Did a lot of experimenting on this without any great looking success compared to stuff achieved in e.g. maya - which is propably rather an artistic problem of me ;) or the way particles are being rendered.
Is vectormotionblur possible for particles? O...particle reactor in 2.5 , how do I achive this.

One thing I really would like to se if a emitter controller.

today it works like, you can emitt from faces, vertices etc. in order, or random. I would like to be able to use a object as an boolean operator.

let say you emitt particles from a plane, and you use a sphere as boolean. and animates it so it goes along the plane.

either it could be a negative bool and emitt wherever the plane is not cross-sectioned with the sphere.
or vice versa as a positive bool. where it only emittes from the cross section from the sphere to the plane.

something like that, more control over where and when to emit particles.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15178861420174177751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6803392291894214041.post-28257981319326893932009-12-26T16:12:49.121+02:002009-12-26T16:12:49.121+02:00I would like to see more documents about keyed par...I would like to see more documents about keyed particles, how it work and ALL features explained for example: time feature and duration feature... i tried to understand but no result...
Something about light trails effect too, i tried to make a light trail but i can't control the time emission, For example: if the emitter is moving fast the particles are spaced in the trail, but they should be closer one another... is there any way to emit particles more fast?
Maybe I'm wrong... or just don't know how to use...Everton Schneiderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10009520621623742252noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6803392291894214041.post-25019792976881149352009-12-26T15:14:53.321+02:002009-12-26T15:14:53.321+02:00Great stuff, Jahka, thanks for everything.
